Global Admin is a system for managing two or more SmartCJ sites from a central location.

First, optionally organize your sites by creating categories in Global Admin > Niches. This is purely for your convenience.

To add a site to Global Admin:

1. Go to Global Admin > Sites > Add Site 2. Enter the site's password (found in Settings > CJSettings > SiteInfo > Smart Exchange password) 3. Optionally enter a Custom URL for quick access (such as a direct link to that site's LinkExchange admin)

Once sites are added, you can view combined statistics. Go to Global Admin > Stats, select the sites you want to monitor (or all of them), and view aggregated data.

Below the statistics is a Sync Data section that lets you synchronize data between sites in your network. For CJ Settings, all data syncs except for personal information like title, description, MainPage, and Smart Exchange password.

Global Admin includes data synchronization options. When adding a new site (Site 2) to Global Admin, you'll see an option: “Sync GA data with this site?”. If you enable this:

- GA data is copied to Site 2 - You can view combined statistics in Global Admin from both Site 1 and Site 2 - Data synchronization becomes continuous: if you delete Site 2 from Site 1's GA, it automatically syncs back; if you add Site 3, it automatically appears in Site 2's GA

You can disable this synchronization at any time by editing the site in Global Admin.

A new option called “Show Network info?” has been added to settings. When enabled, the master signup page displays all sites in Global Admin, allowing users to sign up with multiple sites at once. You can control which sites appear in this network list by configuring the visibility setting for each site in Global Admin.
