The main idea is to give a bit of boost to thumbs located lower on a page.
Ie a thumb located at the top of a page usually gets more clicks the another one at the bottom - so using cell K we can say like "For those at the bottom give a boost of 1.5 (+50%) to amount of clicks it actually gets " => that thumbs will get higher CTR and move to a higher position.
PS I'll write a post about it and will give a link to it once it's done.
