Move to new server

if i move to a new server, download mysql backup from old and upload it to the new server will also
the hosted thumbs from the old server be imported?

Thumbs are static files
They are not in mysql backup
you have to copy them

after transfering the whole account via whm/cpanel it worked for the first site no warnings.

at the 2nd and 3rd site i get warnings like:

i know transfering the script is not working but is there any chance to get rid of this warnings, as mysql backup is not working and i have a lot of static files on each account.
