Is possible and how, for example if i have categories like: "Hardcore","Deep Penetration","18+ Teens", etc... to list them in URL as: "hardcore","deep-penetration","18+-teens", etc... for better SEO.
Is i need that with maybe category custom name or? And did I need to change .htaccess file also?
One more question, on content page, how to list all tags that gallery (thumb) have? is possible somehow with "for" or like that?

Use category custom name, it should work.

I will make script that will made custom names based on category name, since i have about 700 categories.

How to output category custom name in templates?
With <!--CATEGORY_CUSTOM_NAME--> show only regular name
