Admin index warnings

After new design I got these warnings
/scj/tube/default_templates/index.tpl is not in tmp folders list, and not on permissions list, skipping, check file manually !
..and so on for all templates. How do I fix this?

It's just a warning that those files are not a part of original SCJ file set.
So you can either ignore it or delete it.
