Не считаются показы и ЦТР

Проблема аналогичная этой: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=103637, но админы говорят, что с кешем все ок.
Траф маленький 300 уников в день, на одной части сайтов при таком трафе давно уже все отротированно, а на другой части - нет.

Оказалось все висело на memcache и под него было выделено всего 8 метров памяти
