Agreed, i have send them your wiki about it many times.
It's a managed server aim not a teck.

do you know how to run sql command ? can you google it ?
I think it's better to explain something once then ask for ssh access each time.

I don't know how many memory "standart server" has and how big is your DB - so it's pretty hard to say ... )
