I will fix the 404 but going to index is still a good ideer and i should not hav lot of it.

THe cron job wikoi link does not work, and it is taking a toll on the server.

We have mysql tunes the server.

We work also on the server bc the backend is so slow.

We fixed the cron jobs so they sleep and run.

The server is currently on a stop after we installed some more sites.

All what I did was create pauses 2 sec between executing cronjobs for different sites. Issue is cron.php for almost each site run more than one minute so you have several simultaneously working cron.php processes for one site. It can be good idea to run these processes at least every 2 minutes to let previously started process finish it's work.

cron.php sometimes can work more then a minute if it tries to create trader's thumb while there's a problem with trader's host. Don't worry about that, check hardware load only.

So i can easy set it to 5 minutes ore 10 for cron.php?

If i want to load my admin area and it takes 5 minutes i would say somethings wrong.
