после чисти кеша ошибка пропадает при загрузке страницы, а при клик вылетает новая

перенес с рабочего сайта файлы из папки includes, ошибки пропали, поправьте

такие ошибки сыпят в лог, они и вызывают 500ю

еще админы обновили пхп на 5.6.40 , инокуб и редис, но не помогло

Выглядит хедер ок, никаких левых символов

проведите плз ап, если проблема не пропадает -скидньте шел плз
