Cache posibly not working

Hello

The site xxxhdd.com has some areas that load very slowly like for example
http://www.xxxhdd.com/tube/category/Amateur/
After some investigation we went to
http://xxxhdd.com/tube/scj/admin/?operation=rotation&
and looked at this area
Recreate pages every X minutes
(last reset was 0 minutes ago)
ie script will recreate all pages from Rotation - Pages (old rotation) each X minutes

Even though the box has it set as 90 minutes every time we refresh it either shows 0 or 1 as in it recreated the page every minute

Please tell me what to do or check what is happening.

It doesn't affect http://www.xxxhdd.com/tube/category/Amateur/, here only "Cache time " plays a role

Did you tune your mysql server ?

What do you think we should do to it?

Please help so we can tell the host.

Also caching is still an issue please help us fix that too.

I didnt get an issue with cache - you can not change value in a box ?

The value is set at 90 minutes but it keeps doing it every minute
The issue is the value is like is being ignored

It always says 0 minutes ago or 1 minute ago. It seems to recreate pages non stop.

If you don't use Rotation - Pages "Recreate pages every X minutes " means nothing, so don't worry about it.

What is Rotation - Pages? How should I know if I use it or not?

Most of the pages are dynamic ie real urls are /scj/tube/?group_id=... and so on

You you need static pages like real domain.com/asd.html you can create it in rotation - pages
