Yeah because scj still has the mysql busy. That is causing the load.
I know where you going, but the issue is with scj and not with ST.
The mysql server was overloading and refusing connections when scj site was active.
I had to switch to be able to have anything working on the server.

Now, 2 days after the conversion things still didnt settle with the mysql server.

I bet, that if I delete the databases that have been converted and do fresh installs, that the server load will be under 1.00.

Ok, so I guess we can reverse the conversion and make the db as it was before it, right ?

Not sure, I will rather start out fresh.
My admin backed up the database and dumped it fresh also, it didnt help.
Next time I will convert the rot table to innodb before populating them.

It might have been also the script update, or the switching to redis cache.
Any of the things we did screwed up something.

I will go ahead with new installs.

I see some HDD load, make sure you've adjusted mysql innodb settings as well.

They said they tweaked the settings.
Any particular settings you would like to try changing?
