We don't have this line since 2013 so I don't think it's a good idea to rely on that data.

1) I checked a large sample of 596 SmartCj sites. 194 are showing in Google, which is 33%. The rest looks like it is non-indexed / banned.
2) "inurl:scjwebmaster.php" is showing 3,220 results in Google.com, so these websites are indexed there. And there is possibly more SmartCj websites, that don't use that url.
3) The websites are probably getting banned because of that:
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1348729?hl=en
I am not sure how they detect them, and why some of the websites are in their index, and some of them are not.
If possible, it would be good if you could figure out what is going on, and let people know, as getting traffic from Google.com is one of the most important things for any website.

On another forum there's a huge topic with list of banned sites, and yes, ppl there started with "google bans sites by script", but when google banned a lot of custom scripts - they changed their minds. Today google banned some static sites w\o any scripts.
So the question is simple - do YOU really think google judged sites by a folder name or a script used ?
Really, I don't understand how ppl can even think about a search engine indexing sites by scripts , not by content, links, user experience and so on ... it's like an ancient man thinking that it rains caz they clap and dance.
