Strange problem - white page

Hello,
I moved my script from one server to another (full db backup+tar backup of all files).
Extracted all to new server and here comes weird part:
If I open site in ssh: /usr/bin/php index.php -> main page is displayed in console as it should be - all html is OK.

If I open domain in browser - there is blank white page - on main page, on admin page as well (scj/admin/test.php)...

Could it be problem related with transfer or it is server issue?

License is not valid for this server...cause I test site on new server and open http://ip... not http://domain.com
