Problem when upgrading from 1.49 to 1.50

I tried to upgrade the script from 1.49 to 1.50 and got the following error on header of index page:

The galleries are not loading also on main page. How can I fix the problem ?

yes, they are not upgraded on 1.50
here is the last few line at the end of upgrade on ssh

Stopping rotation for a while
Creating rot_gallery_info
Altering rot_gallery_data
Can not delete file ./host.php. Please, delete it manually and rerun update.[admin]

yes I deleted host.php than run update.php again, that they requested to delete ./files/graph.php file.Than I deleted that again that file, run update.php again than requested to delete ./bin/hostfile.php....etc...etc...
Is that any solution for this problem or only to remove completly the script ?

The problem is that you've installed script under one user and run update using another one.

The solution is either change files owner ot update using the same user.
