Cannot Create thumb using crop profiles

I have Imagemagick installed , I go to Rotation - Settings - Crop Profile and click on Advance Edit for one profile that I created. I paste the link to the image and when I try to create thumb by pressing Create Thumb, nothing happens, the thumb is not created. Also this is a problem because I cannot create thumbs for my site, only copy them .

What am I doing wrong?

Looks like Imagemagick lib is a bit old IM says it's version 'Copyright: Copyright (C) 1999-2009 ImageMagick Studio LLC', it's good idea to update it.

Your "latest" version is 5 years old as you can see.

But that's a message from Home screen, not from script messages

Checked the script messages but there is nothing there about thumbs... also nothing in the preload.log ...
