Hotlink FLV/MP4 Without Downloading

I'm importing a dump from a paysite sponsor that offers FLV's. Their .mp4 files redirect to their CDN and then show up in a video player. SCJ can't import these and give an error "Can not DL" in predload log. I spoke with the sponsor's support and they asked me if there is anyway to hotlink without DLing the file?
