проблема при граббинге тумб

версия IM: ImageMagick 6.8.7-6 Q16 x86_64 2013-11-22

добавляю дамп через импорт, тумы сграбить не получается у скрипта, в логе пишет вот это:

поискав по форуму нашел ответы саппорта что проблема в том что IM собран без поддержки jpeg

но оно вроде есть:

and supplement 61 which adds JPEG-2000 encoding.

зайлейте jpeg и сделаейте

/usr/local/bin//identify -verbose файл

что говорит ?
