If I want to redirect my USA traffic to a sponsor URL I Must Go to Traffic Rules

Is it Incoming or Outgoing?

type custom : GEOIP_COUNTRY_CODE (What Should I put here?)

Contains This value : (What to put here?)

And Current Click Number Is : (What to put here)

Redirect URL : www.sponsorurl.com

If I am sending traffic to a sponsor it must be Outgoing traffic right? Also is there a way where I can decide how much % of US traffic I can send?

I put the parameters as suggested but in out_redirect in 24 hours it show me 0% and 0 clicks.Do I need to add any kind of re-write or some setting to make GeoIP work with SCJ? Thanks.

at any time to skip selling.
