Thumbs cannot get source, how to regrab them?

Hi, how do I recover thumbs from existent galleries which are not anymore in /scj/thumbs/? I´m trying with the mark to regrab option but this is regrabing all the galleries without the thumbs.
Is this possible?

By removing them in the folder..

Why didn't you do it in admin ?

I screwed up with the folders from root, so I lost thumbs in that folder, my fault.. I can see all galleries data in database are ok though. How can I recreate the thumbs for galleries?? Is there any query I can implement in sql so thumbs are linked to gallleries again?

But you do not have those thumbs physically ..
