Does smartcj needs videos to be downloaded locally?

[Smarty]

I am not sure if smartcj script needs videos to be downloaded and payed from local server or does it just embedd videos from sites like xhamster.
Can someone please clarify?

Hi,
Smart CJ does both, it depends on what you want.Mostly everyone will get the videos grabbed from other big tubes like xhamster or import the dumps as its much easier and you do not need to host any videos this way.
