I am new to Trading site. I want to create new site like http://indianxxxsex.net/ and they also used Smart CJ only. Can any one tell me how to create frontend and anywhere to download ?

At present time we do not have enough stuff to give live support.
You can ask as many question as you want here, or create a custom task if you need something to be done.

Do you see Trade - Add trade menu ?
