Is it possible to edit rewrite to url like these?

[kenhirai]

for example /scj/tube/?tag=leggings&order=date
is there anyway to make it look pretty? like normal url /tag/legging/date/

stuff like that?

Yes, you can do it with mod_rewrite which is already used for all other rewrites like /category /gallery and so on

Can u show me an example of how to write the mod rewrite rule for this

/scj/tube/?tag=<!--SEARCH_QUERY-->&order=date

and which line in .htaccess should I be inserting.

It's much faster to get a lot of example using google.
