List Tags with a certain amount of galleries

How do in tag_cloud could i list tags containing at least 50 galleries each?

The code you gave me list 50 tags per clicks.

I need a tag_cloud which list tags alphabetically but only listing tags containing at least 50 galleries.

So i can have 4 columns. There won't be 20 tags per column. It will list 20 tags per column less the number of tags which contain less than 50 galleries. How can i output 20 tags per column which have at least 50 galleries?
