Adjusting CTR of thumbs for sites

Hi,
If we use master-slave concept, whats the best way to adjust the CTR of sites so that the front pages of the sites do not display the same data? Also must the slaves also use Redis for caching
like the master site? Thanks.

1. Slave has its own thumb stats, but when you link it to the master it copies stats. You can reset stats for each slave in rotation - specials or wait till slave will collect some stats starting from this point.

2. yes, you should use redis for slaves too caz slave has it's own pages, layouts and so on
