Migrating to a new server

Hello again.
I had websites on one server and i decided to move one on another server, i have installed scj on the new server made the same db username and password restored a backup from the old server on the new db. But the problem is when i add new thumbs and even when i try to modify CJ pages when i click save is like i refresh the page nothing is changed on CJpages, the old path is still there, and when i try to import new thumbs when i click import, again is like i refresh the page nothing is imported, I have checked the main page to see if permissions are ok to folders and files and everything looks ok there, the site works ok just that i cant import new thumbs or modify CJPages, and when i click on templates and try to modify a template when i click EDIT, the editor is not opening.
Can you tell me how can i solve this?

Solved the problem, it was because apache was not compiled properly for scj to work.
