direct links to sponsor

So i still have this problem, the links from thumbs to sponsor are direct, how can i make to go trough out.php ?

Ok. I solved this by changing the URL tag to /gallery/<!--GALLERY_SLUG-->/index.html

Do you thing is better to not use nofollow or use nofollow on this links? Im talking about SEO
Or the script detects the spider and do not sends him to sponsor site?

You can set those settings in CJ settings for spiders.
I don't know about SEO effects ..
