Checking Database Tables

after the update I got a warning about the Innodb databse, so i cahnged the databse, but still after the change eveytime I load hte admin section, the script checks the database tables, what am I missing?

Innodb = make your db faster.

DB check - just checks if your db is ok.

There's no connection between those 2 actions.
