External trade script settings?

I have set up a tube site with Smart CJ at http://www.tubenator.com , but I would like to use the Trade Pulse trade script with it.
However, I don't seem to be able to find the place to insert the Trade Pulse skim settings (e.g. /tp/out.php?fc=1&p=70&url=http://www.galleryurl ).
Perhaps I need some new and better glasses, but could you please tell me where I need to insert those skim settings? Thanks in advance.

At present time integration with other trade scripts is in beta version
You can try it in Rotation - Settings - test options - alt out

for example out.php?url={URL}&p=50
