Automatic activation of a trade if it meets all conditions described in the menu.
Important: the activation system only processes trades that are in the status 'No, till trade activation'.
Let's summarize the data for trade activation or suspension.
A trader in Not active status - is not activated, not forced etc, this is a completely disabled trader. Traffic on it will be counted, but nothing goes to it and it cannot be automatically activated.
Yes - active, from this status a trader can be deactivated by various systems, one of which is Trade suspend. Its settings are with each trader and they are simple: Suspend trade if we have less then X hits during Y hours in a row.
Trade suspend - deactivates the trader to “No, till Trade Start Limit” status. Therefore if you need to automatically activate the trader if it started sending traffic - set Trade Start Limit = 1 (or 2-3 to avoid random clicks) in the trader editing there

That is, a trader was added, sent a couple of hits and they are already active by the Trade Start Limit rule. To prevent this, for new traders you set either the “No” status and all of them are reviewed manually, or “No, till Trade Activation System” and then the trader is activated in accordance with the Activation System settings.
So the most convenient option it seems if you want to activate \ deactivate traders:
