Easiest method:

1. Update the script on the new server to the latest version
2. Do a fresh installation on the new server
3. Import the MySQL database dump
4. Copy scj/top (version 47+ creates this automatically)
5. Copy your thumbnail files

If you prefer migrating the existing installation:

1. Copy all files with their permissions intact
2. Update paths and credentials in: scj/admin/.htaccess, common.php, includes/config.php

Master - Slave

Note that the slave has the master database name recorded in the database. In practice, this means the following: when transferring, you need the master database name to not change. If it does change, then after transferring the slave, you need to manually enter the slave database and change the linked_db values in the rot_settings table.
