Your best defense against exploits on trader pages is feedback from your visitors. When a visitor clicks a link (via out.php), the script logs where they were sent.

Place a link like this next to each link

When clicked on this URL, the surfer will see a report form, and you will see the results in Cheat Lookup -> Reports.
