значит есть какие-то проблема на серваке с каналом

надо что б админ проверил канал от вашего сервака до cdn откуда тянутся файлы
тогда будет ясно где именно проблема. но я сомневаюсь что на CDN проблема раздаче файлов но всякое в жизни бывает.

У вас похоже с CDN проблемы... 2 дня не могу поставить.

те я скачиваю - все ок, скачаваю с другого сервака - все ок, вы скачиваете с компа - все ок

и только когда вы скачиваете со своего сервака - не может скачать

но ошибка при этом на ЦДН?

по какой логике так получилось?

Все что я вам отправил это с сервака
то на один то на другой ругается

с 3 файлами проблема
cron.php
scj_ex.php
grabber.php

на них по кругу ругается)
