What is the right code to use all scj functions in templates?
<!--SCJ_COUNT_VIEWS-->
<img src="/scj/cgi/rot_in.php?crc=<!--PAGE_CRC-->" border=0 width=0 height=0 style="position: absolute; top: -100; left: -100">
Do I have to insert both lines?
Thank you in advance.

Just
<!--SCJ_COUNT_VIEWS-->
rot_in is an old style, we want to make it as simple as possible.

I see in /scj/admin/?operation=rotation&sub=rot_tube following hint:
Make sure all of your templates have scj include <!--SCJ_INCLUDE--> and <!--SCJ_ROTIN-->
Is this an old information?
Or do I have to include more than <!--SCJ_COUNT_VIEWS--> ?

Make sure all of your templates have scj include <!--SCJ_INCLUDE--> (to count hits) and <!--SCJ_COUNT_VIEWS--> (to count thumb views)
You can run update 51 to change that line in admin area.
