Install script install_scj.php

Hello,
I have a problem with the installation script install_scj.php
I spoke with the host admin and told me that:
'PHP exec is not a plugin but the vulnerable function in php Which Can not Be especially server enabled in shared server like this.' '
THEY can't install the plugin
What can I do? Can you do it for me? Is it possible to install that plugin in another way?
Please help me! I made the website and without this plugin, I can't do nothing..
