Traffic Count Setting

There is this option:
Dont count clicks on category thumbs in category
ie if thumb ID 12345 is a category thumb and user clicks on it
in category - dont add it to thumb's clicks
If I want to have the click counted, do I have to set YES or NO?
Its phrased a little confusing.
