What is the easiest way to link to this template to display galleries for sponsors?
Example: domain.com/sponsor/Reality-Kings/
And what is the html for pagination for this template

Easiest way is w\o a rewrite
/scj/tube/?sponsor_id=...&force_template=...
there's a default rewrite
RewriteRule ^sponsor_galleries/(.*)/(.*)/$ /scj/tube/?sponsor_slug=$1&page=$2&force_template=sponsor_list [L]
but you can change it as you want.

I've been trying to get the pagination to work however some of the same galleries are showing up in each of the sponsor pages.

Those galleries are thumbs being tested so that's ok
You can add skip_test_thumbs=true to a <thumb tag to avoid it.

what about pagination rewrite rule for custom galleries that contain more than 1 sponsor?

This rewrite already has a variable for it
&page=..
