Проблемный АП до последней версии!

Доброй ночи. Решил обновить до последней версии и разумеется не без проблем. Сайт работает, только категории исчезли, заместь них везде буква А. Появились такие ошибки:
1. You do not use any modern cache engine - This is not an error. Everything will work, but default cache engine is filecache and it's a bit slow compared to Couchbase or Redis. It's a good idea to use them to improve your server's performance.
2.
Mysql Table Engine: looks like mysql DB tables (rot_galleries,rot_gallery_stats) are not of InnoD format. it's good idea to tune mysql and use innodb table format for rot_* tables. Please, read wiki for mysql tuning hints.
3.2014-08-01 00:54:20: Call to undefined function linked_sites() in /var/www/afasdf/data/www/site.com/scj/admin/update.php(65) : eval()'d code
Что мне сделать, чтобы все было ок? Спасибо.
