You have to pass real IP from cloudflare
Open scj/admin/test.php - in what field do you see your ip ?

The best thing to do it to get rid of
_SERVER["HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR"]
at cloudfare somehow
after that you have to reassign remote_addr where in normal situation ip is.
Add to common.php
if ($_SERVER["HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP"]) $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] = $_SERVER["HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP"];
If you can not setup cloudfare not to send _SERVER["HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR"] you can also add
unset($_SERVER["HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR"]);

2. set degub mode = on in Cjsettings

Change-Trade:set to overclick (max count 20)
we don't count clicks for overclick

You didn't reenter a page a think , just deleted cookies and clicked again
