I got this message on /scj/scjwebmaster.php page "Signup page is temporary closed". Where can i activate and dezactivate it? I searched on wiki and here on forum but found no answer. Thank you

Yes, you can open it in Settings

I found it. It is in Settings->WM Signup Form
