so is there any possibility if a content get reported from 2 different ip's at least the page will be put on hold or deleted?

A nice way for a competitor to delete all of your content

thats why i wrote down from at least 2 different ips. Maybe you can set any value like 10 ips (how sensitive) im pretty sure most tube sites use this.

And that is why i also wrote on hold - inactive (you can review, if it meets the requirements of deletion than delete it)?

yeah but it is never possible to have all content removed with rss. like 1000 rss and you are having 100 000 gallerys.

But you can add as many deletion rss as you want
In fact i doubt you'll have more then 10-12
Is this case galleries will be deleted as soon as they got deleted at a source (tube site)
If you want to use reports - you'll need lets say 10 votes, votes are given may be by 1% of surfer = 1000 hits to that gallery
it's gonna affect productivity badly.
