I only have the description and url to the video file.

description: gallery name
url to video: http://hosted....khate2_teaser.mp4

how do I import them so the script will download the video on the server and stream it locally?

import pattern - flv url|desc

but you also need a thumb for it. So either 'parse video' or add a thumb in import
