Can i add a image to a tag and show in on index?
Yes, you use settings - system thumbs - tag thumbs and script will create a thumb for each active tag and output it later as
<tag_cloud ...
<!--THUMB_URL--> <!--TAG_NAME-->
</tag_cloud>
