Importing content problem

I've been trying to import content on a new master site, but the content keeps getting deleted after the grabber does its work. These are my settings on import:
> Group: Based on filter keywords
> Put new thumbs to: Active
> Copy thumbs to server: Copy and resize using crop profile
I'm using two crop profiles on import. The crop profiles are set correctly, with sizes and everything.
The content gets filtered to the groups just fine, going to Rotation > Groups straight after import shows numbers there as it should, I go to Rotation > List Thumbs and it's showing that the galleries and original images are there but waiting "to grab" ... then a few minutes later I check again and all galleries are gone. So I look into the logs for errors, preload.log shows this:

I don't see any errors there. I've got another master install on the same server working just fine and created a 100k+ video db on it using the same settings.
I tried "Put new thumbs to: Preload" on import, they imported fine as they should, I went to Preload V1 selected all thumbs and clicked "Add To Active" at the bottom, this worked and they were added to the db as normal, thumbs showing and all. So i'm stumped. No matter what I try with different settings they end up getting deleted after processing. I also tried importing to Pool, but this does the same thing and galleries get deleted after processing.
Only warnings on home screen are:
Permissions on logs/cj.log is 0644, 0666 is recommended
Permissions on logs/preload.log is 0644, 0666 is recommended
Which seems totally unrelated to me and have never had a problem with those warnings, logs still work. I'm running the latest update 51 in beta. My other site on this server that is working is also running this version.
