How to delete default filecache?

Hi there, I'm still using the default filecache (yeah, need to update, i know) but how do I delete the cache, because one of my pages doesn't load correct and without cache it does.

The filecache...
http://xxxslutstube.com doesn't work correct. The categories won't load.
http://xxxslutstube.com/?skip_cache=true works fine
This all happened after update from 49 to 50.

Yeah, I know what it is, but I don't know what you mean with it and how it resolves the problem?
