do slaves just need to run rot.php cron for the trade script? cron.php is not needed?

ok thanks,
whats the best way to stop a slave from scraping videos, currently my slave sites are filling up their db's and eating my server RAM.

How do you see that slave site grabs new videos and and exactly this site consumes memory ?

the rot_ tables in the slave DB's are filling up, as they are innodb this consumes server RAM i think?
