Проблемы после апдейта

День добрый саппорту!
Начались проблемы после апдейта Build 201308270959
Все домены в сетки после сего апдейта начали показывать, что таблицы не прошли тюнинг и не в формате InnoD, несмотря на то что вся сетка прошла данную процедуру.
На мастерах маты очень длинные
Mysql Table Engine: looks like mysql DB tables (rot_gallery_stats,rot_gallery_stats15,rot_gallery_stats16,rot_gallery_stats17,rot_gallery_stats20,rot_gallery_stats21,rot_gallery_stats22,rot_gallery_stats23,rot_gallery_stats24,rot_gallery_stats25) are not of InnoD format. it's good idea to tune mysql and use innodb table format for rot_* tables. На слейвах матов на таблицы меньше и по разному

до этого апдейта всё было замечательно.
для каждого скрипта после апдейта были скопированы стандартные 3 файла, коммон, индекс и аут из цги в корень
