how to rebuild tag with whitelist but WHOLE WORD

Gallery description: A cutie in wonderful world looks gorgeous sexy
whitetag list:
cut
wonder
gorge
sex
But smartcj will select tag for that description like below
cut|wonder|gorge|sex
because it search for match letters in the descriptions and assign. Heres the problem, how do I assign only whole word rather not match letters?
