rewrite for two words search query in url

if I had two words for example: anal teen
the url will be http://domain.com/?search=anal teen
what is the mod rewrite to put syntax "+ &" between two words search query, like
http://domain.com/?search=anal+teen
please help.
RewriteRule ^search/(.*)/(.*)/(.*)/(.*)/$ /scj/tube/index.php?search_type=$1&search=$2&order=$3&page=$4
