How do in tag_cloud could i list tags containing at least 50 galleries each?

The code you gave me list 50 tags per clicks.
I need a tag_cloud which list tags alphabetically but only listing tags containing at least 50 galleries.

In this case it will list 50 tags alphabetically and not tags which contain at least 50 galleries alphabetically.

I noticed a bug. Let's say i put this code

So i can have 4 columns. There won't be 20 tags per column. It will list 20 tags per column less the number of tags which contain less than 50 galleries. How can i output 20 tags per column which have at least 50 galleries?
