Question About Innodb And MyISAM

Hi,
As suggested when tuning mysql all rot_* tables were converted into InnoDB, but there are other tables as you can see in the list below that are in Innodb cause during setup automatically they are in the Innodb format.My question is would it help to reduce memory utilized for caching if all the others tables other than the rot_* tables are converted into MyISAM? Would it be safe to convert these tables on a high traffic site? Below is the list of the tables and format.

Those tables that are in Innodb format by default are pretty small, few Mb, so converting them won't help much.
